We have been advised by our credit card processing company that there is a problem with credit card transactions that took place in our Passaic store on the Point-of-Sale System from March 2020 through April 2021. This involves credit card payments for soap and products and wash and fold orders made at the counter during this time period.
Due to this problem, transactions appeared to go through normally at the store, but funds were never deducted from the customers’ bank accounts.
We are working with the credit card processing company to reprocess those transactions. It may appear that you are being charged twice for the same transaction you made previously. If this is the case, please log onto your bank website and locate the original transaction to confirm the money was deducted at the time of the original purchase.
If you believe you were double charged, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. We assure you that we will not allow any double charges to remain on your accounts and will immediately resolve the issue by refunding any amounts overcharged to you.
